Although we’d like for all our customers to be 100% satified with their purchases, sometimes this is not that case and a product may damaged/broken or lost in transet.
If this happens please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can start taking steps to rectify the problem. We do have a 10 day return policy, meaning that any item may be returned 10 days after you’ve signed for your package for either a refund, exchange or credit (any later than 10 days and green beginnings will presume that you are completely satisfied with your goods). Please note that delivery/postage back to green beginnings will be for the clients account. All products must be returned in their original packaging.

Nappies that have been washed or used
